Taking your first pole dance class? Read THIS.

Registration for all classes closes 2 hours before start time. Any cancellations will be emailed to attendees and posted on the website as soon as possible. Please mindfully review the cancellation and attendance policy emailed upon booking, as well as the studio’s policies and rules.

We have four 10-feet stainless steel tension- mount X-Poles.

Discounts for sex workers and sliding scale available - please contact the instructor.

Private lessons vary on Saturday and Sunday - please contact the instructor for pricing and availability.

Class Descriptions


Intro to Pole Dance

New students start here! Learn foundational skills for pole dance, including pole sits, beginner spins, fan kicks, and introductions to knee hooks and climbing. Begin building strength and flexibility for the next level! All levels welcome.

No prerequisites required. Heels optional.



Mixed Level Pole Dance

Returning or experienced students start here! Mixed level class tailored to your experience. Moves learned can include: basic inversion, competition climb, circus climb, martini sit, figurehead, superman, shoulder mount, leg hangs, wrist sit, crucifix, butterfly, ayesha, brass monkey holds, spins and more!

Prerequisites required: pole sit, fan kick, carousel kick to upright crucifix, single climb squat, basic pirouette, step-around, fireman spin. Heels optional.



Flow Fridays: Floor

Rotating choreography class on Fridays. Unlock your sensuality by learning a grounded sequence, no pole required. All levels welcome! Heels optional, kneepads are highly recommended. Moves learned can include: forward roll, backward roll, shoulder stands, leg waves, body rolls, hip undulations, and more!

No prerequisites required. Kneepads highly recommended. Heels optional.



Flow Fridays: Heels

Rotating choreography class on Fridays. Learn a sexy heels choreography on the pole. Emphasis on club style flow. Heels optional but recommended, kneepads are highly recommended. Moves learned can include: pirouettes, heel clacks, drops, fan kicks, and more. Wear something that makes you feel like a million bucks!

Prerequisites: Attend 3 intro to pole dance classes. Kneepads highly recommended. Heels optional but recommended.
